As reported by <a target="_blank" href="http://andriasang.com/con0tq/dqx_date/">Andriasang</a>, Square Enix announced the Wii version of the game will be released on August 2. This new title marks the first MMORPG entry in the series. A Wii U version is set to follow, though no new information is available at present.<br/><br/><img src="http://wiimedia.ign.com/wii/image/article/119/1192545/dragon-quest-x-20110904103837638-000.jpg" /><br/><br/><br/>Dragon Quest X will sell for 6,980 yen (that's around $86), with a separate version that includes a USB flash drive going for 8,980 yen ($110). A flash drive of some sort is required to play the game, which comes with a 20-day free trial. Otherwise subscription costs range from 1,000 yen ($12) for 30 days to 1,950 yen ($24) for 60 days and 2,900 yen ($36) for 90 days.
